CLÍNIC BARCELONA SUMMER SCHOOL

To retain and nurture talent is not always easy for Healthcare organisations. Creating an innovative Learning Culture within institutions and beyond can inspire professionals and help them to grow. 

That’s what Hospital Clínic Barcelona has been doing since 2018 with its Summer School that shares knowledge around Health and Culture between Healthcare Professionals and Citizens. In 2018, we lead a workshop with Patients and Healthcare Professionals using the Patient Revolution Cards to reflect on the main barriers that stifle and block communication in a medical consultation. In 2019, it was time to co-create Caring Practices to Normalise Care conversations in different areas of care; to make them more equitable, collaborative, effective and meaningful for all.
